Social Media has become a Direct Marketing Issue

New targeting technologies and new standards in web analytics like social graphs or engagement are frequent topics at this blog. Especially new targeting technologies, too, do enable to target users directly or to target particular user groups of interest.

These new technologies have become a research object at the DMA (UK) (Direct Marketing Association). The DMA (UK) has published its first report on social media, which will be published quarterly. The report informs direct marketers about new opportunities in direct marketing, new services and technologies.
